The Expertise
Behind Maximum Electric

Precision driven. Veteran owned.

Founded by Burt and Danielle Grant, Maximum Electric LLC was built on a foundation of military-grade discipline and high-level technical expertise.

Whether we are engineering power for a large custom estate or optimizing the grid for an industrial asphalt plant, our mission is to provide the Maximum Standard of reliability, safety, and accuracy.

Meet the owners

Burt Grant, Owner & Electrician

Burt Grant served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. After serving, Burt pursued his associate’s degree in Industrial Electricity from Delta College in Michigan. After schooling, he pursued different electrical opportunities starting with commercial, then specialized in industrial with a focus on asphalt plants. From there, he stepped into a foreman role overseeing larger commercial projects in the food industry.

Across his variety of experience from residential to industrial, he noticed many gaps and issues. Determined to raise the standard and do things right, he funneled his expertise into starting his own electrical contracting business, Maximum Electric LLC.

Burt believes in quality over quantity, and that communication is key throughout any electrical project, lifting the “standard” he’d seen through his years in the electrical trade.

When he’s not pursuing his passion in the field, you’ll find him dedicating his time to the local community soccer club coaching his children and their teammates. On his off days, you might find him shooting clay pigeons off his back porch, or enjoying some simple target practice.

Danielle Grant, Owner & Operations

Along with her husband Burt, Danielle is the co-owner of Maximum Electric. Although she often works behind the scenes, she’s got her boots busy on the ground giving estimates and handling the day-to-day business operations. From crouching in crawl spaces to inspecting attics, her attention to detail and thorough analysis provide you with the best conclusive estimate for your electrical project.

Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, and quickly picked up the working parts of the electrical trade when she and Burt opened their business. She prioritizes clear communication across all stages of each project.

As Burt likes say, “When it comes to lighting, talk to Danielle about your dream home aesthetics—and I’ll make it work.”

When Danielle is not in the office or giving estimates, you’ll find her dedicating her time to the local community soccer club as a board member and coach. She loves spending time in her garden and loves tips on how to make it flourish. You’ll also catch shooting sporting clays off her back porch, and spending time with her family.
